• Because all products are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun, except in cases of damage or defects directly caused by Spellbound Lasercraft LLC.

• If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with photos and order details.

 

• Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion after review of the claim.
