1. Purchase Responsibility
(i) You are responsible for reading the full item description, including customization options, material details, and processing times, before making a purchase.
(ii) Due to the custom nature of our products, please ensure all spelling, dates, and design details provided during the order process are correct before submitting your order.
2. Binding Agreement
By placing an order and completing the checkout process, you enter into a legally binding contract with Spellbound Lasercraft LLC to purchase the selected item(s) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3. Custom Orders and Proof Approval
(i) Some custom engraving orders may include a digital proof for approval. It is your responsibility to review and approve the proof before production begins.
(ii) Once a proof is approved or production has started, changes cannot be made. Spellbound Lasercraft LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from customer-provided information.
4. Payments
(i) All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
(ii) We accept payment through secure, authorized payment processors listed at checkout.
(iii) Orders will not enter production until payment is received.
5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
(i) Because all products are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun, except in cases of damage or defects directly caused by Spellbound Lasercraft LLC.
(ii) If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with photos and order details.
(iii) Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion after review of the claim.
6. Shipping and Delivery
(i) We strive to produce and ship your order within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. However, production and delivery times may vary depending on order volume, design complexity, and shipping carrier performance.
(ii) Spellbound Lasercraft LLC is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers.
(iii) Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
7. Product Variations
Due to the nature of laser engraving and materials used (wood, acrylic, metal, etc.), slight variations in color, texture, or engraving depth may occur. These natural differences are not considered defects.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spellbound Lasercraft LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Spellbound Lasercraft LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
